What to expect at launch bootcamp
Workouts are held primarily outdoors on our brand new
14,000 square foot turf facility complete with lights and speakers!
Launch classes are designed to give you a full body workout in a short 45 minute window. Participants hit the ground running with dynamic movements under the supervision of certified coaches designed to prime your body for what is to come. Movements you should expect include, but are not limited to: sandbags, sleds, running, rowing, kettlebells, slam balls, and bodyweight movements.
All fitness levels from beginners to advanced are more than capable to participate in our Launch program. Unlike our CrossFit classes that we offer, we do not utilize any barbells or heavy weights.
